Adriana Rosas is an attorney of Ferguson Law Group where she has been practicing as a corporate attorney handling mergers and acquisitions, various aspects of entrepreneurial law, conventional and alternative financing transactions, e-commerce compliance, general corporate representation and negotiation and preparation of various types of contracts, including transactions involving government contracts. Adriana is also fluent in Spanish, which enable the law firm to assist clients in transactions involving entities south of the border.
Adriana was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and has made Dallas her home since 1995. Adriana graduated from Florida International University with a BBA in International Business, and received her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas/Mexico Bar Association, the National Hispanic Bar Association and is certified as a mediator. She frequently volunteers with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas.
