Mr. Jiongo has 20 years of experience in a wide variety of business and financial matters. Prior to forming Traveland & Jiongo, LLC, Chris spent most of his career with large national and international law firms in Houston, Dallas and Philadelphia. In addition to private practice, Chris served in the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington D.C and as the Associate General Counsel for CellStar Corporation, a publicly held wireless products distributor that, during his tenure, operated in over 15 countries and generated approximately $2.4 billion in gross revenues.

Mr. Jiongo's legal experience includes the formation, financing and dissolution of corporate, partnership and limited liability entities, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings of debt, equity and tax-exempt securities, negotiating and drafting contracts for the domestic and international purchase and sale of goods and services, commercial lending, commercial bankruptcy and licensing of intellectual property rights. He has assisted in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports, private placement memorandum, registration statements and proxy statements and managed the incentive stock option plans and reporting obligations for public companies.
