Dan is an attorney of Ferguson Law Group where he has been primarily in the area of commercial litigation, in both state and federal court. Dan has worked with and represented a wide variety of clients, including domestic and international corporations of all sizes, entrepreneurs and individuals. His practice is. His clients include high tech companies, consulting firms, financial institutions, financial services companies, construction concerns, real estate companies, brokers, developers, landlords and tenants, and a wide variety of commercial and business concerns. He also advises clients on a number of legal matters that do not involve litigation, particularly in the area of contract review and analysis.

Due to his extensive legal and business experience and nationwide contacts, Dan often coordinates and supervises litigation and other legal matters for clients throughout the United States, working with top quality law firms and attorneys in numerous locales and jurisdictions. In matters that may involve highly specialized areas of technical expertise (such as personal injury, complex patent work, etc.,) Dan has extensive contacts with a number of top quality attorneys and legal specialists who provide representation to clients as co counsel.

Dan was born in Mullins, South Carolina in 1958 and has made Dallas his home since 1984. Dan graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Journalism in 1980. In 1984 Dan received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Dan was admitted to the State Bar in 1985 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District. Dan is a member of the Dallas Bar Association.
