Paul counsels and defends a wide variety of companies faced with difficult employment matters. His clients range from start-up businesses that seek assistance in forming their initial employment policies to established organizations employing thousands of employees. Paul engages in employment related litigation and represents employers confronting union organizing drives and collective bargaining obligations. Much of Paul's practice involves guiding organizations through the increasingly complex maze of federal, State and local labor and employment laws.

Paul was born in 1968 and has resided in Dallas since 1999. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University in 1991 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1999. Paul's pre-law experience includes serving in the United States Army Reserves and providing security services to companies faced with violent labor strikes.
