Michael is an attorney of Ferguson Law Group where he has been practicing as a corporate and banking attorney representing lending institutions and community banks, handling mergers and acquisitions, lending and financing of real estate transactions and general corporate representation, intellectual property licensing and transactions with medium sized businesses.
Michael was born in Mountain View, CA in 1971 and has made Dallas his home since 2000. Michael graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance in 1994. In 1998, Michael received his J.D. and his M.B.A. from The University of Oklahoma. Michael was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2001 and the Oklahoma State Bar in 1999 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Western District of Oklahoma. Michael is married and has two daughters and two sons.
